We had an excellent experience selling our home with Tim Roche. There were some awkward things about our house that made it a tough sell. Tim worked very hard to market our home and find the right buyers. We got the amount of money we were hoping for, and he saw us through the process every step of the way. He has a great personality and is thoroughly enjoyable to work with. We would recommend Tim Roche to anyone and if we could have, we would have taken him to NY to help us buy a new home!

I never thought I would move anywhere near Boston. Then my wife found her dream job in Watertown and I knew I should start packing our bags. We tell all our friends all the time (and each other) that buying a house in Waltham was the wisest thing we ever did. Whenever we do get some time, we plan a trip or I get myself busy with fixing some small thing in the house.

We consider ourselves really lucky that your manager assigned you to us. I have to say that we had a really enjoyable experience while you were with us. Your presence was very calming and I am quite sure that there were periods when you were as frustrated as us if not more.
